Windows Installer CleanUp Utility

If an installation fails while you're installing a new program, you will be left with a partly installed program, which can then prevent you from successfully installing the program again. The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility can be used to remove installation information for programs that were installed by using Windows Installer. It doesn't remove the actual program from your computer, but it does get rid of the installation files so that you can start the installation, upgrade, or uninstall over.
The latest version of the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility has been updated to works correctly in all 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Microsoft Windows, and you can download it from here.
