Linking Policy

The policy set out below applies to anyone who wishes to place a hyperlink (link) from their website to the Server Management website at www.server-management.com. Anyone who wishes to place a link from their site to the Server Management site must do so in accordance with the following policy. Placing a link on your website to the Server Management website constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions and takes effect as soon as the link is placed.

The Terms and Conditions of Use of Server Management’s website continue to apply and must be adhered to. Where there is a conflict between the terms and conditions listed in the Terms and Conditions of Use document and the Linking Terms and Conditions listed below, the terms and conditions listed here in this document will be followed.

Terms and conditions:
a)     If you don’t accept and agree to these Linking Terms and Conditions you must not link to the Server Management website.
b)     The Linking Terms and Conditions together with the Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between Server Management and yourself and supersede all oral or written agreements and understandings that may have been made before today.
c)     Acceptance of these Linking Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of Use does not in any way create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise or any other form of agreement or relationship other than that outlined within these documents.
d)     You can only use the name ‘Server Management’ and any Server Management logo on your website in conjunction with the link to the Server Management site.
e)     You will not change the appearance of any Server Management logo.
f)       You will not use the name Server Management, the link itself or any Server Management logo in a way that could reduce or damage the goodwill associated with Server Management. This includes anything that may be deemed obscene, pornographic, racist or excessively violent or in a way that encourages unlawful activities or defamation.
g)     You will not use the name Server Management, the link itself or any Server Management logo in a way that could imply an endorsement, by Server Management, of your website or any products or services supplied by you.
h)     The link you place on your website must include an acknowledgement on your website that it is a link to the Server Management website.
i)        You agree to provide access to your site to enable Server Management to review your use of the name, Server Management, the link or any Server Management logo.
j)       Server Management may at any time and at its sole discretion require you to discontinue your use of the name Server Management, the link or any Server Management logos.
k)      Server Management will not be liable in any way for any damages or losses that arise out of a link placed by you to the Server Management website. This includes direct, special, indirect, economic or consequential losses or loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill.
l)        You will indemnify Server Management should any loss, damage or legal fees be incurred as a result of your use of the name ‘Server Management’, the link or any Server Management logo.
m)    Your website will not be operated in a way that violates any applicable rules, regulations or laws.
n)     Any content or material appearing on the Server Management website may be modified, moved or discontinued at any time at the sole discretion of Server Management.
o)     Server Management makes no warranty in relation to its website or any of the content or material appearing on that website and this includes any implied conditions of quality or fitness for a specific purpose.
p)     All information you supply to Server Management must be accurate.
q)     This agreement cannot be assigned in whole or in part without first getting the written consent of Server Management.
r)       These linking terms and Conditions can be amended by Server Management at any time and without providing you with prior notification.
s)      These Linking Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
t)     If any element of the Linking Terms and Conditions or the Terms and Conditions of Use are deemed by an official court to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still remain in full force and effect.
