Service Level Dashboard Management Pack 2.0

The dashboard uses information collected by Operations Manager 2007 R2 alongside the fact that you can set service level objectives for IT services and their components. The dashboard then helps you check that these business-critical IT resources (applications and systems) are available and performing at acceptable levels.
The dashboard evaluates an application or group over a selected time period, determines whether it met the defined service level commitment, and displays summarised data.
The SharePoint-based dashboard shows the Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and application service level trends for each monitored component.
